5.2 E-Newsletter
By subscribing to the e-newsletter using the subscription form, the user can subscribe to the Afit d.o.o. e-newsletter. By ticking the box “Yes, I want to receive the Ciciban e-newsletter” the user permits and gives consent to Afit d.o.o. to use the user’s e-mail address for the purpose of sending them information about news, offers, discounts, promotional activities and other information regarding their business, as well as for statistical purposes.
When subscribing to the e-newsletter, Afit d.o.o. collects only the e-mail address that the user provides in the subscription form. Afit d.o.o. processes this piece of data solely for the purpose of sending information about news, offers, discounts, promotional activities and other information regarding their business, as well as for statistical purposes.
The data containing e-mail addresses is stored until the user unsubscribes from the e-mail notification service. The user can unsubscribe from the e-newsletter at any time by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link in the received e-mail.
When completing the e-newsletter subscription form, the user must tick the box giving their consent to Afit d.o.o. to use their e-mail address for the purpose of notifications, as mentioned above, and that they are aware that they can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time. This is done by clicking on the designated link in the received e-mail. If the user does not tick the box to grant their consent, Afit d.o.o will not send them e-mail notifications nor will it collect or process their e-mail address. Afit d.o.o. shall send e-mails only to people who have expressly given their consent to receiving e-mail notifications.
The user is aware that their e-mail address will be processed by Afit d.o.o., which stores this data on a system that is physically located at their registered office. We reserve the right to remove or change, without explanation and at our discretion, any post published on the Ciciban brand’s Facebook page that violates in any way the rights of others or is in any way illegal, offensive, shaming, vulgar or constitutes objectionable content.
Afit d.o.o. is not responsible for the personal opinions, reviews or inappropriate content present on social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube.
5.5 Participation in prize draws
The processing of data collected by participating in prize draws is governed by the rules on prize draws.

Afit d.o.o. will endeavour to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information on its website, however, it does not assume any liability for their accuracy. All users of all the published content uses it at their own risk.
